Before Your Tour

Do I need experience to go snowmobiling?

No! Our daily tours are designed for beginners. We provide full instruction and guides lead throughout. Experienced riders can request more challenging routes.

What's the minimum age requirement?

Drivers must be 16+ with a valid driver's license. Passengers age 5+ can ride with an adult on double machines.

How should I dress?

We provide insulated suits, boots, helmets, and gloves. Wear warm base layers (avoid cotton), bring a warm hat, and consider hand/toe warmers for extra cold days.

What if I wear glasses?

Our goggles fit over most glasses. Contact us if you have concerns about your eyewear.

During the Tour

How fast do we go?

Tours maintain safe speeds appropriate for conditions and group experience. Typical cruising speed is 15-25 mph with opportunities to go faster on appropriate terrain.

Can I bring my phone/camera?

Yes! We encourage photos. Bring a pocket-sized camera or phone. Keep it in an inside pocket to prevent battery drain from cold.

Are restrooms available?

Facilities are available at our base. Longer tours have designated stops, though facilities in the backcountry are limited.

What if someone can't keep up?

Our guides set pace for the least experienced rider. We make frequent stops and no one is left behind.

Booking & Policies

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2-3 days ahead. Holiday periods and weekends fill quickly - book 1-2 weeks ahead for peak times.

What's your cancellation policy?

Full refund with 48+ hours notice. 50% refund with 24-48 hours. Less than 24 hours is non-refundable except for weather cancellations.

What if weather cancels our tour?

Weather cancellations receive full refund or rescheduling option. We make the call based on safety, not inconvenience.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes! Groups of 6+ receive special rates. Contact us for corporate and large group packages.
