Riding Formation

Tours ride in a single-file formation with your guide leading. Maintain safe following distance and stay in line. If you need to stop, signal the guide.

Photo Stops

We make several stops throughout the tour at scenic viewpoints. This is your chance to take photos, rest, and ask questions..

Altitude Considerations

We ride at elevations of 11,000-12,000+ feet. If you're not acclimated to altitude, review our high altitude tips for Colorado visitors before your trip:

Hour-by-hour breakdown

For a typical 10:00 AM daily tour, the recommended timeline is: 9:00 AM arrival at staging, 9:00-9:30 paperwork and gear-up, 9:30-9:50 safety briefing and machine orientation, 9:50-10:00 staging walk-out and engine-start, 10:00-12:30 ride with mid-route break, 12:30-12:45 return staging and gear-down, 12:45-1:00 informal photo recap and exit. Total time on-site approximately four hours including ride.

What we don’t do

We don’t serve lunch on the standard daily tour — the halfway stop offers hot drinks and snacks but not full meals. If you want a hot lunch, the photography tour and group bookings include catered options at the halfway cabin (additional cost). We don’t allow bring-your-own snowmobiles on guided tours; if you have your own machine and want trail access, contact us about non-guided trail passes which are a separate offering. We don’t guarantee specific routes or viewpoints — weather, snow conditions, and group ability all influence the day’s plan.
