No experience required! Our guides provide instruction before every tour, and our Daily Tours are designed for all skill levels.
What's the minimum age?
Children 6 and under ride free with an adult. Drivers must be 16+ with valid ID. Night tours require riders to be 12+.
What if there's bad weather?
We operate in most weather conditions - light snow can make for amazing riding! If we cancel due to safety concerns, you'll receive a full refund or reschedule.
Is gear included?
Yes! We provide snowsuits, boots, gloves, helmets, and goggles at no additional cost.
Best ways to reach us
For tour bookings, the contact form on this page or a phone call during business hours (8 AM to 6 PM Mountain Time, daily during winter season) gets you the fastest response. We typically reply to email inquiries within four hours during the day and by next morning for messages received overnight. For urgent same-day questions about an existing booking, please call rather than email — the phone is monitored continuously while tours are running.
If you’re inquiring about group bookings (10 or more riders), corporate events, or custom multi-day itineraries, mention this in the first message so we can route you to our group coordinator. These bookings often involve specific logistics around lodging coordination, meal stops, and transportation that take longer to plan than standard tours.
